What this covers

This policy explains what Referralful collects and how we use it, both for merchants who run an affiliate program and for affiliates who join one. If you have a question that is not answered here, email us at support@referralful.com.

What we collect

• Account details you give us, such as your name, email, company, and currency.
• Affiliate details, such as a name, email, and payout method, when someone joins a program.
• Referral activity, including clicks, the affiliate they came from, and conversions, stored against a first-party cookie.
• Sales and commission data we read from Stripe when you connect your account.

How we use it

We use this data to run your affiliate program: attributing referrals to the right affiliate, calculating commissions, and preparing payouts. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The tracking script sets a first-party cookie so a sale can be credited to the affiliate who referred the visitor. It does not track people across other websites.

Who we share it with

We rely on Stripe to read payment data and process billing, and on our hosting and database providers to store data securely. We share data with these providers only to run the service.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account data from your dashboard, or ask us to do it by emailing support@referralful.com. Deleting an account removes its campaigns, affiliates, and tracking data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continuing to use Referralful after a change means you accept the update.
